Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@mistmg.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment. Contact us immediately at hello@mistmg.com and we'll do our best.

Are your supplements safe to take daily?
Yes. All MistMg™ supplements are formulated for daily use at the recommended dosages. As with any supplement, consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or have an existing medical condition.
What's the difference between the Melatonin Gummies and the Magnesium Gummies?
They work differently. Melatonin gummies help you fall asleep faster by signaling your brain that it's time to sleep — best for people who struggle with sleep onset. Magnesium glycinate gummies help you stay asleep and improve sleep quality by calming the nervous system — best for people who wake during the night or feel unrested. Many customers use both.
What's the difference between the Magnesium Gummies and the Magnesium Complex Capsules?
The gummies contain magnesium glycinate only. The capsules contain a triple-form blend — glycinate, citrate, and malate — for broader benefits including muscle recovery and energy production. If sleep is your primary goal, start with the gummies. If you want full-body magnesium support, the complex is the stronger choice.
Are your products FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA, but they are regulated. All MistMg™ supplements are manufactured in FDA-registered facilities and comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Do the Blue Light Glasses actually work?
Yes. Blue light from screens suppresses melatonin production and signals your brain to stay alert. Our glasses filter this wavelength, allowing your body's natural sleep signals to work as intended. Wear them 1–2 hours before bed for best results.
Does the Sleep Mask Pro work without Bluetooth?
Yes. The white noise function operates independently via the built-in speaker — no phone needed. Bluetooth is optional for streaming music or podcasts.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition. To initiate a return, email hello@mistmg.com with your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days at hello@mistmg.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's been issued.
