Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MistMg™ purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we'll make it right.

Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements, gummies, sprays, and consumable products cannot be returned once opened.
How to start a return: Email hello@mistmg.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mistmg.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll ship a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used dietary supplements, gummies, capsules, sprays, or dissolve strips
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

Order Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered fulfillment. Contact hello@mistmg.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@mistmg.com.
