Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

MistMg™ Branded Supplements (Sleep Formula Capsules, Magnesium Glycinate Capsules, 5-HTP Capsules) are fulfilled from the USA and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

All other products are fulfilled internationally and typically arrive within 7–14 business days to US addresses.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs holds.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or the package appears lost, contact hello@mistmg.com and we'll help resolve it.
