Subscription Cancellation Policy

MistMg™ offers a Subscribe & Save option on select products, giving you 15% off recurring orders.

How to Cancel or Modify

You can cancel, pause, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment. To manage your subscription:

• Use the account management link included in your subscription confirmation and renewal emails, or
• Email hello@mistmg.com with your order number and we'll process the change on your behalf within 1 business day.

Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription renewal, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations made after this window will apply starting with the following cycle.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the same Refund Policy as one-time purchases. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund any orders already processed or shipped.
